Lovers Under Ancient Arch

Rome is a city where love seems to linger in the air, from the poetic Tiber River to the iconic Colosseum. Known as the "City of Lovers," it offers countless spots for romantic moments, whether it’s watching the sunset from the Janiculum Hill or sharing a quiet moment in the Roman Forum. The city’s blend of history and romance has made it a timeless haven for couples from around the world.
The image Lovers Under Ancient Arch was captured during one of my explorations around the Roman Forum. On the less-traveled backside of the historic site, I saw a couple walking leisurely beneath an ancient stone arch. Their quiet moment together, surrounded by centuries of history, embodied the intimate connection that Rome fosters. The warm light cascading through the arch highlighted the intricate textures of the stones and the peaceful simplicity of the scene.
This fine art photograph brings a touch of Roman romance to any space. Its evocative composition makes it an ideal choice for living rooms, hospitality interiors, or elegant office settings. The timeless beauty of the ancient architecture, combined with the intimate moment it captures, creates a piece that resonates with viewers and enhances any environment.

Ada Covered Bridge in Cheer
The Ada Covered Bridge, also known as the "Bradfield Bridge," is a charming historic structure located in Ada, Michigan. Built in 1867, this 125-foot-long bridge spans the Thornapple River and is one of the few remaining covered bridges in the state. Its unique construction and picturesque surroundings make it a beloved landmark, especially during the winter months when snow blankets the landscape and holiday lights enhance its nostalgic beauty.
While visiting Grand Rapids, Michigan, where I grew up, I stumbled upon the Ada Covered Bridge shortly after a snowfall just before Christmas. To my surprise, the bridge was illuminated with festive Christmas lights, creating a magical scene. I captured the image, which became a personal favorite. One of my close friends admired the photograph so much that they displayed it above their fireplace mantel. Every time I see it in their home, I can’t help but smile, remembering that special moment.
